About Me
through life's transitions and challenges. My journey into psychology began at the age of 8 when my
parents separated, propelling me into a new town in Kenya alongside my resilient mother and two
siblings. This experience ignited my fascination with human behavior amidst change. I earned my BSc
in Psychology from Egerton University, Kenya, where I embraced the role of a peer counselor,
witnessing transformative moments among my peers dealing with various issues. After graduating with first-class honors, I stepped into the field during an internship at an NGO, focusing on adolescent issues, anxiety, stress, and resilience. As a Counseling Psychologist specializing in anxiety disorders, stress, and anger management, I've supported individuals facing challenges in balancing life, work, and parenting. Drawing from my personal experience of adapting to single parenthood, I understand the complexities it brings, from self-esteem to relationship difficulties.
