    About Me

I'm Jamie. I'm passionate about providing a space for people where they can feel supported to explore themselves and the things that they struggle with. I believe that therapy should be a place where you feel truly seen and understood, without judgment or expectation. Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, neurodivergence, or how you've been impacted by past experiences, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, self-acceptance, and ways to move forward that feel right for you.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a space to explore what’s on your mind, I’d love to hear from you. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about finding ways to navigate life with more ease, self-understanding, and confidence.

    Testimonials

    • Difficult to articulate how good Jamie is and how he does what he does, but he's very level-headed, rational whilst being empathetic and compassionate. He makes sense to wires that are crossed in your mind and helps you untangle them rather than moving you to one side and untangling them himself. He has a lot of time and is willing to reach out to you to offer whatever you need in terms of support, he's been a great help to me over our time/sessions together, during a time when I was very skeptical if online therapy would be for me.

    • I have had the pleasure of having Jamie as my counselor, he is exceptional. He demonstrated a keen ability to listen, empathize, and provide insightful advice and guidance. His approach to therapy is compassionate and professional making you feel comfortable and safe sharing your thoughts and feelings.

    • Counseling with Jamie helped me in ways I could not have anticipated. Jamie was able to present questions about my thought processes in a way that didn't feel confrontational or too big and scary and led to revelations that helped me acknowledge patterns that I needed to work on. I am able to hold space for my feelings in a way I have never done before and set boundaries to protect my energy and strengthen my relationships. I am also now able to recognize when I start anxiety spiraling and slow my panicked thoughts to allow my feelings to run their course. I felt Jamie was able to understand my own personal philosophies and beliefs and use their specificity to help me figure out my issues and allow me to exercise a healthier perspective. When I started therapy with Jamie I was not optimistic about being able to feel anything other than sadness and grief in my complicated relationships with family and the world at large. I no longer feel this way at all, and when I am confronted with complicated or negative feelings I feel confident about being able to hold space for them and process them which has made space for a huge amount of joy in my life. I cannot recommend them enough as a therapist.
